Embodied Wisdom Therapy Program

The Embodied Wisdom online therapy program is a personalised one-on-one journey designed to help individuals reconnect with their body's intelligence, release stored trauma and emotion, and cultivate deep self-awareness, creating safety within the nervous system. Through a combination of mind-body practices, inner healing tools and guided exploration, this program will give you the tools to learn listening to your body's wisdom, restore balance and support emotional healing and transformation in a safe and accessible online setting.

Core Elements of the Program:

• Somatic Awareness & Body Connection – Learning to listen to the body’s signals and develop trust in its wisdom.

• Trauma Release & Nervous System Regulation – Gentle, guided techniques to process and integrate past experiences.

• Movement & Energy Work – Using Trauma Release Exercises, somatic movement, and EFT to restore balance and flow.

• Mind - Body Integration - Through NLP & IFS therapy we explore the connection between thoughts, emotions & body to gain an understanding of the patterns and inner parts that shape your experience, gently rewiring old responses and bringing harmony between mind and body.

• Personalised Approach – Each session is tailored to the client’s unique needs and healing process.

• Integration & Support – Providing tools and practices for ongoing self-awareness and embodiment.
